Backup NEC Call Centre for Chinese New Year

430am : Bangun, bagi iffat minum susu and tukar pampers.
445am : Mandi and siap-siap nak pergi kerja.
500am : Angkat iffat masuk buai, by tidokan iffat.
507am : Bergerak ke DHL.
520am : Sampi DHL and clock in at 526am.
530am : On PC and Auto in AVAYA phone.

Hari ini adalah public holiday sempena Chinese New Year 2012. Jadi warehouse team (me and Komagan) terpaksa backup ASP team and Call centre team sebab semuanya chinese and they go for raya. It's ok because it's a new experiance for me to be ASP and call centre support team. So, hari ni juzt need to handle customer from Australia (530am - 200pm), coz other country semua tutup for PH (Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Thailand, Mauritus, Indonesia).

Mengantuk sangat-sangat sebab malam tadi iffat asyik terjaga. Maybe sebab tido tempat baru ( my sis house at Bayan Baru).
